X Series guitars are loaded with purebred Jackson® DNA—including ultra-fast playability and fierce and versatile tone —along with unbelievable value for 21st century guitarists.
The Jackson King V™ KVXMG has a basswood body, through-body maple neck and bound 12”-16” compound radius laurel fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and pearloid sharkfin inlays. The fingerboard of this metal machine curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out.
A pair of active EMG® 85 (neck) and 81 (bridge) humbucking pickups deliver well-balanced tone with tight bass, glassy mids and crunching highs. Dial in tone with a three-way toggle switch, and dive bomb and whinny at will without sacrificing tuning stability, courtesy of the Floyd Rose® Special double-locking tremolo.
Primed for the stage, the KVXMG is dressed in Gloss Black with all-black hardware, Jackson die-cast sealed tuning machines and Jackson pointed 6-in-line headstock.
